アキレス腱断裂から3週間後、医師から稽古の許可を頂き、医学の進歩と医師の方々の技術向上へのたゆまぬ努力を改めて実感しました。その姿勢を見習い、和道流の精神と技の向上に努めて参ります。
今日の道場稽古から『基本組手裏と繋がりのある動きを探求する稽古』を再開します。生徒たちと稽古出来るのが今から楽しみです。

At my appointment this morning the immobilisation was removed from my leg and I am feeling much better walking without the use of crutches ♪
I was given permission to exercise by my doctor three weeks after I ruptured my Achilles tendon, and I felt the progress of medicine and the tireless efforts of doctors to improve their techniques. I vow to follow their example and work hard to improve the spirit and technique of Wado-ryu.
Starting today at the dojo, I will resume “Practice to explore movements related to Kihon Kumite Ura” !
