7月8日(月)の朝も暑かったですが良い汗をかきました。というか大量の汗を流しましたが良い運動が出来、昨日教わったことを実践しました。櫂棒、剣術、空手道。共通の動きを応用し内側の筋肉を刺激することで運動欲求が高まります。
I also had a good sweat this morning. Or rather, I sweated a lot. Tokyo was also hot from the morning, but I was able to do a good exercise.
