綱引きで生徒たちと繋がりを作り、手指から足指まで体の繫がりを学ぶ

7kgのトレーニングロープを使って綱引きをしました。順突きの立ち方や四股立ち、真半身猫足立ちや飛込み流し立ちの立ち方や姿勢や重心の違いを知り、手指の握り方や脇を締めること、腕を伸ばすことや腕を引くこと、突き技に繋がることを学んでもらいました。

Yesterday, the first typhoon of the year came to Tokyo and was hit by strong winds and strong rain.
It was such a weather, but I wanted my students to experience a tug-of-war, so I headed to two dojos with an umbrella in one hand and a 7kg training rope in the other.
They learned about the differences in how to stand, posture, and center of gravity in the Step Punch Stance, Four Legs Stance, Side Cat Stance, and Tobikomi Nagashi Stance.
They also learned how to grip their fingers, tighten theri armpits, extend their arms, and pull their arms, which they learned were connected to Tsuki techniques.
I’m happy because the children enjoyed exercising and practiced seriously.
On the road to Dojo, my whole body was covered with rain and mud, but I thought it was right to bring a rope. Because I connected my hearts with my students with a rope.

これまでの習慣や日課を棄て意識を変えてみることで、想像力や創作意欲、運動欲求は高まった。

現・スポーツ庁の庁官が紹介された紙風船を用いた運動を空手道の稽古に取り入れてみました。

手にあるのは紙風船です。

腕や手や指は使い慣れているのですぐに力が入り紙風船を潰してしまいます。

一つひとつの動作を繋げて連続して行います。
最後まで紙風船を潰さないか試してみます。

子供たちは「全然力んでる感じはなかったのに、紙風船が潰れてるから驚いた。無意識に力んでいるんだね」と互いに何かを気付いた様子でした。
The children seemed to have noticed something in each other, saying,
“I didn’t feel like I was straining at all, but the paper balloon was crushed.
I guess I was unconsciously straining.”

対面稽古でも同様に力まずに行えるか試してみます。
We will try to see if we can do the same effortlessly during face-to-face practice.

特に自由組手では力まずに柔軟に動きたいです。

we want to move flexibly without using too much strain.

”肩甲骨はがし”は首や肩の凝り、背中の張り、姿勢の崩れなどを改善する効果が期待出来ます。

協力する中で共通点を見つけ共有出来る瞬間を作り続けたい

On Friday, there are 4 classes in 6 hours, and the last is an advance class with only the black belt.
High school students, college students and working adults gather and study together.
The theme of this time was “Hanmi-Nekoashi-Dachi and physical movement” and tried various things.
The moment when we can find common points and share them is fun.

金曜日は6時間で4つのクラスがあり、最後は黒帯のみのクラスです。
高校生、大学生、社会人が集い一緒に研究します。
今回のテーマは「半身猫足立ちと身体の動き」で、様々なことを試しました。
共通点を見つけて共有できる瞬間は楽しいです。

I was able to spend three meaningful and fulfilling days.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart to Grand Master Ⅲ Hironori Otsuka Sensei and Koga Sensei.
I faced myself and re-recognized my shortcomings and characteristics.
I will try to find the best way to improve the shortcomings and make the characteristics better.
People who are interested in me and I want to talk about love, run together, laugh together, fall together, get lost together, protect each other, and hug each other.
We are on the path of peace and harmony to nurture love.
